Bitcoin, Ether Among Majority of Cryptocurrencies to Open With Dips

Bitcoin, Ether, and other leading cryptocurrencies opened in red, just a day after US President Joe Biden signed a new law that includes tax reporting provisions that apply to cryptocurrency.
