A little less than 200 days after filing an FIR to investigate the conspiracy behind the riots that rocked northeast Delhi in February this year, Delhi Police’s special cell on Wednesday filed a 17,000-page chargesheet against 15 people, all anti-CAA protesters, in a city court. This was the culmination of the first phase of the probe.
