PM to launch Rs 50k cr job plan for migrants

The government on Thursday unveiled a Rs 50,000 crore plan to provide jobs to returning migrants spread across 116 districts in six states, a move aimed at blunting criticism over the government’s handling of the migration triggered by the deadly coronavirus pandemic.
