The ICC has allowed replacements for players displaying Covid-19 symptoms during Test matches and decided to penalize teams up to five runs for using saliva on the ball. The replacement rule won't be applicable in ODIs and T20Is. The match referee would determine a near like-for-like replacement, much like the process that is followed for a concussion substitute.
