In the first two weeks of June, Delhi overtook Maharashtra and witnessed a significant rise in coronavirus positivity rate at 30%. The two states are among nine that have reported positivity rates — the number of confirmed cases per 100 tests — much above 5% over the last couple of fortnights, putting them in the red zone where enhanced containment measures are required.
