Amy Klobuchar Exits White House Race, Will Back Joe Biden

Amy Klobuchar, a Midwestern moderate, will end her underdog presidential campaign and endorse Joe Biden, her team said Monday, on the eve of the biggest voting day in the Democratic nomination race.
