The National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed a supplementary chargesheet before a Delhi court on Friday against JKLF chief Yasin Malik and four other Kashmiri separatists for allegedly conspiring to wage a war against the central government. The chargesheet claimed that Pakistan high commission supported the separatists through transfer of funds via financial conduits.
