Chidambaram will be produced before a court on Thursday noon. Sources said the agency may also ask his son, Karti, to join the investigations so that they can bring the duo face-to-face and cross-examine them. CBI had registered an FIR alleging irregularities in the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) clearance given to INX Media for receiving funds from abroad to the tune of Rs 305 crore in 2007.
