"We Apologise To Our Fellow Citizens": Lankan PM On Easter Sunday Blasts

Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe on Friday apologised to the public for failing to prevent the Easter Sunday bombings that left 253 people dead and several hundreds injured.
