'Pak poses 3 times more terror risk than Syria'

It's not Syria, but Pakistan which poses the maximum terror risk to humanity, according to a study, `Humanity at Risk - Global Terror Threat Indicant (GTTI) -- by Oxford University and Strategic Foresight Group (SFG).
