Srinagar hotel case: Major Gogoi found guilty, to face court martial

An Army Court of Inquiry has indicted Major Gogoi for "fraternising" with a local woman in a Srinagar hotel. The CoI has also held him accountable for "being away from the place of duty while in operational area". Gogoi will now face summary of evidence before court martial proceedings are initiated against him.
