Shivpal floats new outfit, asks SP members to join

Rebel Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Shivpal Yadav said Wednesday he's formed a new 'morcha' called the Samajwadi Secular Morcha and invited "all those who aren't being respected in the SP" to join him. "We will also bring together other smaller parties," said Shivpal who's been sidelined by SP chief Akhilesh Yadav.
