Major Leetul Gogoi to face disciplinary action

A Court of Inquiry had ordered to initiate disciplinary action against Major Leetul Gogoi, who was detained by police in a Srinagar hotel after he was seen with a local woman in May. Gogoi had been prima facie found guilty of "fraternising with local and being absent from duty in operational area".
