The Supreme Court on Wednesday agreed to hear a plea at 3:45 pm questioning Tuesday's arrest of five activists for alleged Maoist links. The petitioners said the arrest is an attempt to muzzle the voice of dissent. The petitioners are Romila Thapar, Devki Jain, Prabhat Patnaik, Satish Deshpande and Maya Daruwala.
